C&#8217;est une discipline de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Quand on passe sept heures par jour devant un \u00e9cran, le cerveau s&#8217;organise autour de cette unit\u00e9 \u2014 la fen\u00eatre rectangulaire, la lumi\u00e8re froide, le scroll infini, les d\u00e9cisions toutes les six secondes. Au bout de quelques ann\u00e9es de ce r\u00e9gime, on perd la capacit\u00e9 de tenir une pens\u00e9e longue. Tout est hach\u00e9, fragment\u00e9, divertissant. C&#8217;est l&#8217;oppos\u00e9 exact de ce qu&#8217;il faut pour un travail concentr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;exp\u00e9rimentation<\/h3>\n<p>En 2024, j&#8217;ai test\u00e9 une discipline simple : une heure par jour en for\u00eat, vraiment seul, vraiment sans t\u00e9l\u00e9phone (t\u00e9l\u00e9phone laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison, pas en poche). Ni musique, ni podcast. Juste marcher et regarder.<\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res fois, c&#8217;est presque douloureux. On cherche son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone toutes les deux minutes, on sent l&#8217;absence de stimuli comme un vide. On a des pens\u00e9es intrusives sur les mails non lus, les commandes \u00e0 exp\u00e9dier, les choses qu&#8217;on aurait d\u00fb faire. Au bout d&#8217;une dizaine de minutes, \u00e7a se calme. Au bout de trente, c&#8217;est une autre forme de pens\u00e9e qui revient \u2014 plus lente, plus continue, qui tient sur la dur\u00e9e et fabrique des liens entre des sujets \u00e9loign\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Les r\u00e9sultats<\/h3>\n<p>Trois choses ont chang\u00e9 en quelques mois :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Les id\u00e9es de strat\u00e9gie viennent l\u00e0, pas devant l&#8217;\u00e9cran.<\/strong> Quasi syst\u00e9matiquement, les vraies d\u00e9cisions importantes (changer de stack, abandonner un projet, repositionner une marque) ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 en for\u00eat, pas en travaillant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le travail concentr\u00e9 du matin est plus dense.<\/strong> Une heure de travail au calme apr\u00e8s une heure de for\u00eat vaut probablement trois heures de travail fragment\u00e9 \u00e0 16h.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;attention change.<\/strong> On supporte de moins en moins les sollicitations inutiles. Les notifications push deviennent insupportables. On les coupe. La vie en redevient plus simple.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>L&#8217;erreur \u00e0 ne pas faire<\/h3>\n<p>Croire que c&#8217;est un luxe. C&#8217;est un investissement productif au sens litt\u00e9ral : une heure d&#8217;attention for\u00eat aujourd&#8217;hui produit plusieurs heures de productivit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure demain. Le calcul est rentable.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pas en faire un projet d&#8217;optimisation non plus. Pas de tracking, pas de comptage de pas, pas d&#8217;objectif de kilom\u00e9trage. C&#8217;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l&#8217;inverse de l&#8217;esprit recherch\u00e9. On y va pour ne pas \u00eatre quantifi\u00e9.
